Yes. We respect your privacy, personal information, and intellectual property. We use SSL encryption to make sure your data is safe, and we permanently delete your images from our system 30 days after they have been processed (unless you specify otherwise). HOW DO I PAY?
That depends on the plan you select. Customers on our Basic and Professional plans use a credit-based pay-as-you-go service. Professional customers also have the option of paying for each order as they go. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as payment methods. For Enterprise and API customers, we offer consolidated monthly billing by invoice.
HOW DOES THE FREE TRIAL WORK?
All new and Professional customers receive three free trial image edits to test out the service. We accept most file formats, You will have complete access to our system and will place an order normally, but won’t be charged for your first three images.
WHAT IS YOUR DAILY CAPACITY?
Don’t worry about it. You can’t overload us; our production system has been built from the ground up with large volume orders in mind. We use both automated and manual quality control systems, so rest assured that your images will turn out just as you wanted them. Please contact our team the first time you need to have more than 1000 images edited within a 24 hour period, so we can be sure your needs are understood.
DO YOU OFFER VOLUME DISCOUNTS?
Professional has a built-in discount in the form of lower per-image price. If you’re processing more than 10,000 images a year, you should contact us so that we can figure out how best to help you with your outsourcing needs.
NEXT MORNING DELIVERY?
For Professional customers, if your images are submitted by 6:00 p.m. your time, they will be returned by 10:00 a.m. the next morning (Monday through Saturday). If you need images even faster, Professional and AOGTech customers have an “Expedite” service that will get images back in three hours or less.
